handle users logged-out

no needs to inject content-script if the user wasn't logged in therefore we need to terminate the execution of the content-script and notifies the user that it's not possible to enable this extension in case he was logged out just once (not each time he visits chatgpt).

also added why to handle logging in/out previously wasn't working due to the proxied fetch... but now a workardound has been implemented but definitely needs to be reconsidered.
