Suggestion: Combat Level Muting - apply to private chat

Currently the "Combat Level Muting" plugin filters on the chat type of public and overhead. Whenever I stand in the GE on non total level worlds I get private messages from brand new accounts advertising their gold buying discord channel. I would have thought that this plugin filtered that out, but after looking at my config and the code it appears to be intentional?

You don't know the combat level of people unless you see them. Sometimes the pms are not from the same scouts in the world you're in.

Just leave your private on friends or use total level worlds.

Is it possible to filter if they are in render distance? I can always right click lookup the name via the HiScores plugin and it's a 0xp account the vast majority of the time.

The hiscore is a able to fail to respond and often does.

I don't think I can properly support this.

People can already avoid spam of the game by turning on private chat to be friends. The plugin is to help avoid spam.
