Suggestion: Ignore combat level mute on total level worlds option

Would be nice to have the plugin automatically disable on total level worlds so skillers aren't perma muted. Not sure if it's possible but have a dropdown with something like "Ignore on X+ Skill Total Worlds" could be nice.
