Grid State - Does not trigger "columnVisibilityChanged" and "columnPin" event

Description

When applying a grid state that hides or pins one or more column the "columnVisibilityChanged" and "columnPin" EventEmitters do not emit.

Steps to reproduce

1. Change the visibility of one of the columns
2. Save the grid state
3. Change the visibility of the column
4. Apply the grid state

Result

The "columnVisibilityChanged" EventEmitter does not emit.

@remshams The grid-level events like columnVisibilityChanged, columnPin, etc. are really meant for user-triggered actions through the grid’s UI. They exist to notify about interactive changes and even allow cancellation in some cases (for example, columnVisibilityChanging and columnPin can be canceled).

Because of that, firing them during a bulk state restore wouldn’t really be correct. It would make it look like every single property update is a user action, which could accidentally trigger cancellation logic and would also result in a bunch of unnecessary event emissions. In reality, restoring state is a single atomic operation, not a series of user interactions.

What to do instead:
If you need to react to the actual property changes regardless of what caused them, the hiddenChange and pinnedChange outputs on are the right place to hook into that. Just configure your column in advance with event handlers for those events, and they will be triggered during state restore:
