We need a plan for what we are going to test, how, and what the test expectations are.

It would be good to get some performance numbers in Y2.

Mats: Have added timing data for checksuming, so can get time spent doing checksums from full workflow. Would take some work to extract from logs. Challenging because different tools do checksuming and use different formats. Could use better collection process.
