Add seed file

• - Add/copy scripts/dbSeed.mjs and scripts/generateData.mjs from hub
• update npm run seed to correlate to script file (?)

Add seeding for just:

• applications - seed does not exist
• mailchimp - (can hard code to be same as staging)
