Description
At https://cimg.eu/ it says "You can use to load/save various file formats..."
However that is misleading as there are only very few and incomplete hints how to handle other formats
than the few rare types CImg can handle by itself beside uncompressed BMP.
In the "tutorial" (which actually is no tutorial at all but a starter example) somewhere between the lines there
is just "Note that you must also have installed the ImageMagick package in order to be able to read JPG images."
The same in n topic "Files IO in CImg." (if you choose the right one, see my other thread abt. documentation):
"If ImageMagick is installed, The CImg Library can save image in formats handled by ImageMagick : JPG, GIF, PNG, TIF,... "
No word about cimg_use_jpeg and other existing defines.
No word about better using the file formats official libs (and where to get them).
IMHO File IO is essential for an image library...
