When i tried to display particles in artiax. These three files that ought to show the same paritcle position showed some deviations with each other.
251021_7.star
particles.zip
In the zip file above, there are three starfiles:
251021_7.star The origin starfile, from relion.
251021_7_rmcol.star Delete some innocent column but keep "rlnOrigin?Angst" list, for further analysis.
251021_7_appp.star Apply the deviation in "rlnOrigin?Angst" calculated from relion back to "rlnCoordinate?" column. using pixel size 5.4
So, the coresponding particle among these three file ought to share same position and completely uperposed , but ArtiaX shows some deviation.
This bug appers very frequently but not all the time.
