[Feature] Add an explanation about "present" vs "active" trackers on report pages

We explain the difference of "present" and "active" for trackers in https://exodus-privacy.eu.org/en/page/faq/#negatives :
"Our static detection method looks in applications for the presence of a defined list of trackers […] This is not a proof of activity of these trackers."

But we need a better way to inform about that (the fact that "present" doesn't mean "active") for people looking only reports pages.

Since some weeks, more and more people ask us about this by email or in social media. Mostly free software with 1 or 2 trackers listed on the page but not active.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a sentence with some links on each report page to explain this in a clear way.

We need to discuss what form this should take.

I think a few things to tackle here.

The biggest issue is we've had users send emails/socials/issue reports because all they'll see is the report, see trackers and immediately assume foul play. I suppose you're just presenting information, but the way that is presented leads users to think it's all negative.

I think some more info could be presented on the report page. For example, usage of the ℹ️ (daisyUI example) next to headings could be a potential way to display more info.

Another thing is usage of the word "tracker" for software such as Sentry. I'm not sure crash reporting really fits into that. Almost always crash reporting software is opt-in. It also makes it sound like it's something that's active.

Is the issue dead?
I'm interested in the topic.
I've been using Exodus Privacy frequently, lately comparing it with TrackerControl results. Although TC says that browsers are not supported, it still gave some interesting results that were not always the same as Exodus's.

Is there any way Exodus checked if trackers are active or not active?
Is there a way to check trackers in restricted (paid, region limited) apps other than installing them?
