Confusion about the tense of the Indicator statements

The fact that all the filters for the 2 types of indicator ("Improves Quality" and "Measures Quality") are written in the present tense confuses me. e.g.:

Software has sufficient test coverage

does this refer to tools that currently have sufficient test coverage within their own tests? Or is it meant to find tools to help improve the test coverage of your own code?

It is the latter.
Would it help if the filter title were a complete sentence, like "Measures the following quality indicator(s) of your software"?

Yes - I think that would help! (for me, at least - but maybe it is obvious to everyone else?)

I feel reframing the sentence would our TR users - the current terms are only known within EVERSE family/TR curator team.
