Can only select one of the 3 "targets"

It's not clear why you can't select multiple as you can with the other filters

Hi @wood-chris targets is a bigger group(considering three-tier software model) hence the selection kept limited to one and not multiple :) But this can be re-think.

Ah - I obviously don't understand the implications. What impact would being able to select multiple targets have?
