Add Ignore option

Description

Add an option to ignore certain activities so they don't change the channel name, e.g. non-games or utility programs that may otherwise appear in the channel status.

Would function similarly to aliases with the exception that it's an ignore list that only takes 1 argument, the name of the activity to ignore (as it appears).
