Users without Mod or Admin Roles can't /lock.

Using a self-hosted version.

Is there a way to update permissions for users to use /lock? Currently I see if you're not an admin or mod role you cannot use /lock.

I've searched the docs...I don't see anything that goes over this. It was also kinda difficult to get this going on self hosted so hopefully this is a relative easy fix! lol.

Originally the lock command was only meant for use by the owner/creator of the secondary channel. Honestly, it's been a while since I've looked at this codebase given both work and study.

This is how it should work, but anyone without mod permissions just gets "You do not have permission to do this." but the command works fine if you're a mod. I really enjoy this bot! Hopefully a fix is easy when time allows.

I guess more specifically unless you have manage channels permissions already you can't lock or unlock a channel. Ideally anyone who has a channel made with the bot should have the option though. Maybe Discord changed something since the last update.
