How to rebuild?

Building from the sublime says the memory file was not changed. It does rebuild, but the original amxx, not with modifications.
Also, what would be the way to edit the amxxdump file, since it is much better to bypass instructions etc?

The amxxdump is just for reference; the changes are made in the memory file. Remove the comment symbol ; at the beginning of the line.
