In Resouce View, we should be able to see node tags / other metainfo that is assigned to a node, and search through those.
This becomes useful, in case ex. the jobs have constraints in accordance to some node tags. Then, we would be able to see if some resource is exhausted on a set of nodes that we are trying to allocate the job on.
