Animated tile's/background

Not sure if there's anything that can be done here but animated tiles that are the whole map absolutely kill my players performance. I had to reduce the quality so much I don't want to use it anymore. The second I hit play on the animation their browsers start stuttering.

I'm not sure that there is anything I can do about that. Or anyone really. Playing back videos can be demanding and using 4k or even larger videos can put a strain on lower end hardware. Combined with everything else thats happening in foundry it can just be too much for some systems.
