Since Unchained will be only launching a select few DLLs, rather than present them as mods to the end user we should include them in the binary or binary deployment process.
They can be presented as installed with their versions(and links to the repos), but probably don't need to be listed in the mod registry or displayed in the same fashion as end user mods and maps.
