Routerconfigs has no process control or hung session logic

If there is a hung ssh session then routerconfigs stops on said device and does not continue to the rest of the devices in a scheduled run. If there is a hung ssh session then routerconfigs should release that connection after a timeout killing the process and backups should continue to the next devices in the scheduled run.
