Fail to download backup configuration from switch but cacti logs saying uploading successfully

Describe the bug
Fail to download backup configuration from network device (switch) but cacti logs saying uploading successfully.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'tab of routerconfigs'
click on tab of routerconfigs, tick on backup item which has been configured and choose "backup".

Expected behavior
the configuration of the equipment (switch) should be backup into the appointed directory but can't see the file backup file even cacti logs saying uploading successfully.
