Allow SSL connections to the Mikrotik API and on a different port #69

Currently, the Mikrotik plugin only supports non-SSL connections to the default Mikrotik API port
Describe the solution you'd like
Allow both SSL to be enabled and the default port to be changed on a device by device basis.
Describe alternatives you've considered
None are available.
Additional context
Great little plugin if your world revolves around Mikrotik. I use them almost exclusively at home.
