Revise default colors on macOS #274

Description

@forthrin

Doesn't fit with macOS Terminal default profile "Ocean". In particular links (dark blue) and headings (red) are hard to read. Also hurts the help, which is not optimal for new users.

Side notes (first-time user):

  1. Didn't it say you were supposed to be able to edit articles with this? Not mentioned in the help
  2. Why are footnotes printed as eg. [ 209] rather than just [209]?
  3. Says "Processing" for seconds. Shouldn't this be near-instant?
  4. When terminal is wide, consider two-column layout for eg. search results.
  5. Feature idea: Save/cache article (and optionally linked articles) to disk as formatted in app.

Good idea for a utility. Appreciate feedback. Can post individual issues as necessary.
