[Notice] Upcoming v3 Release and EOL for v2

Hello cliboa users,

We are currently preparing for the major release of cliboa v3.
The release of cliboa v3 is on the horizon. While we cannot provide a specific release date yet, the major version update is now realistic.

With the release now in sight, we would like to announce our policy regarding the current version (v2):

1. Feature Freeze for v2 (Effective Immediately)
   We are no longer accepting new features for v2. Any new PRs that do not fix critical bugs will be reviewed and merged after the v3 release.

2. EOL for v2 (Upon v3 Release)
   Once v3 is released, support for v2 will end immediately. We will not provide any updates (including bug fixes or maintenance) for v2 after the v3 release. We want to focus all our resources on making v3 the best experience possible.

3. Migration Guide
   We know upgrading can be challenging. We are currently writing a Migration Guide to help you transition from v2 to v3 smoothly. This will be published along with the v3 release.

Happy to share that v3.0.0-alpha is now out! 🎉

It’s currently a pre-release (latest is still v2.7.2beta), and since it's an alpha, we might still have some breaking changes until the beta release.
For major changes and migration tips, please take a look at the docs in the v3.0 branch. Any feedback is more than welcome!

We'll close this ticket once v3.0.0-beta is officially released as latest. Stay tuned!

As previously announced, we are happy to share that v3.0.0-beta is now officially released as the latest version! 🎉

While we are starting with the "beta" tag to ensure a smooth transition, this release marks the completion of our primary migration work from v2 to v3. We will continue to iterate and provide further updates on this v3.x line.
