how to change config settings

Heyy ngl first time tryna set up a server by myself and i got this plugin to work but just confused on how to change the configs from defaults, for example i don't want damage to stop people from tp'ing and i don't want portal sickness to do damage i just want the effect there for RP reasons, i would also like the max distance for tp'ing as possible and wait time to be 3 seconds

The command to adjust the config values is /waystones config or /ws c. That will give you a list of config options for the plugin and you can simply update specific values by running /waystones config <config-option> <value>. Hope this helps!
