[Bug] Static class method cannot be used as callback

ERROR AS218: Cannot access method 'compare' without calling it as it requires 'this' to be set.

     actual.sort(Buffer.compare);
                 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 in tests/buffer.spec.ts(60,16)

Thoughts?
