package as native single file

it would be great to package as a native app for windows and linux

maybe use [dotnet aot](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/deploying/native-aot/?tabs=windows%2Cnet8)?

put binaries into github releases to allow `wget` download
