弃用，侵入式干扰codex正常执行

哈喽同学，这个问题我们已经连夜修复：

• fix: make Codex SkillClaw profile opt-in — Codex 集成改为默认关闭，需手动开启，codex --profile skillclaw才应用skillclaw
• fix: default Codex profile to Responses mode
• fix: inject skills in native Codex responses flow

建议拉取最新的 main 分支试试，Codex profile 现在不会自动激活了，除非你主动启用。

这个没有解决根本问题呢，根本问题是目前这种端口代理模式有些局限，如果不走API方式访问，走codex账号订阅的，不是严重干扰运行逻辑，且模型还不能切换。这一块不能考虑通过外部采集的方式获取执行过程吗？

是不是max_length设置导致的，我这边也遇到同样的问题，把max_length调到128K就没问题了。
