Cannot install libfprint-2-tod-vfs0090

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad P50 with the 0090 fingerprint scanner and It says dpgamer5@DpGamer5s-PC:~$ sudo apt install libfprint-2-tod-vfs0090 Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree... Done Reading state information... Done E: Unable to locate package libfprint-2-tod-vfs0090

Same here on Zorin 18. It seems to be related to the missing repo:
The repository 'https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/3v1n0/libfprint-vfs0090/ubuntu noble Release' does not have a Release file.
