ImageGlass integration

Please consider to merge ImageGlass 10 source with Sally instead of the current implementation for the image viewer.

I find it fast, stable and supports HDR too.

Looks like it is an App not a library and it's Csharp not C or C++ so it would require .Net Runtime

I would prefer a WebView2 support with native C code for Salamander.
