Folder aware commands?

over the years I solved over and over a minimal version of user toolbar tools as I use it daily.

I propose idea of "folder aware commands" as shown here: screenshot as I work with different things per each projects (programming, media - photos, images, videos, PDFs, e-books, etc).

What You think?

@Adamaji74 , if you clarify this more in details, why not. It seems a good idea and should be doable.

So, can you please enhance this issue with details, bring in the screenshot/paste it in the issue, and let us have a discussion before implementing this.

Currently, all app icons are fixed and permanently present, no matter which folder I am in. However, when I am working with images, videos, PDFs, ePUBs or programming languages such as PHP and Python, I would like to have different icons/apps. I would like to have different icons/apps. Something like the Office Ribbon, but a limited.

So, my suggestion is to split the app toolbar in two, with the left side fixed and the right side containing variable icons/apps according to the file extension, or folder I am. So either file extension or folder name or whole path will deternine icons/apps in right side of toolbar.
